Employed Mortgage Advisor - Medway, Kent
Basic Salary: £28,000 (OTE £60,000) Coms TBC
Work Pattern:
- 5 days per week including 2 Saturdays per month
- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00
- In this role, you will have the chance to leverage your expertise to provide tailored mortgage solutions, working closely with our team of estate agents to maximize business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Sell complementary insurance products and maintain a strong referral rate.
- Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines.
- Proactively engage with clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with FCA guidelines.
Preferred Requirements:
- CEMAP 1 (minimum) qualification or equivalent.
- Proven track record in mortgage advising or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Full driving licence and alignment with our company values.
