A well-established law firm in Gosforth, Newcastle, is seeking a skilled
Conveyancer
to join their team. For those preferring a different location, there is flexibility to be based at the Sunderland office.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a comprehensive caseload, including but not limited to
sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
(both leasehold and freehold).
Additionally, there is potential to gain experience in
commercial property matters
, with full support and guidance provided.
