BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Our Clients are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and driven Business Development Executive to join their growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth of the organisation. You would be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering existing relationships and promoting the products to charities within the third sector. The role involves understanding the company's products/services, market trends, and the competitive environment in a fast-paced industry to develop new business opportunities

YOU WILL BE:

  • Make calls/connections to both new and existing clients (using digital & in person opportunities)
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
  • Maintain a customer database using the CRM.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand existing client needs and align them with our products/services for growth.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively generate and qualify warm leads.
  • Identify prospects within the industry.
  • Work with colleagues to leverage their experience and industry knowledge.
  • Attend networking opportunities, including conferences and events.
  • Client visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies (media support/video content/ Digital campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends to the Business Development Manager.
