Sales Person
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (Basic) (OTE £40,000 - £100,000 per annum)
Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours available (Minimum of 30 hours per week) (Monday - Friday)

The Role
They are looking for a Sales Person with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality to be part of this exciting business.
Their company is rapidly growing and are looking to add valuable individuals to help achieve their growth targets going forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing sales opportunities with both our existing customers and new prospects
- Providing excellent customer service by phone and by email
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls
- General administration duties, create and maintain a database of potential clients to introduce both the company and services.
- Obtain leads
- Have a good understanding of the business and the services provided
Skills and Qualifications

- Meticulous and efficient work style
- Flexibility to the requirements of the role
- Excellent communication skills are paramount both oral & written
- Lead generation experience a plus
- Effective and accurate administration skills
- Proficient use of database systems, demonstrating a consistent professional style
- Able to build strong relationships
- Confident with business-to-business telesales
- Strong IT skills
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work under pressure without compromise
- Ability to quickly absorb and comprehend important product information
