Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have access to your own vehicle and be within a commutable distance of their offices in West Kent.
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Reviewing financial statements, audit reports, and working papers to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervising and coaching audit team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Contributing to the development of audit methodologies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with good level of audit experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
  • Leadership abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Prior experience in managing audit engagements and supervising junior staff is desirable.
