Key Responsibilities:
- Must have access to your own vehicle and be within a commutable distance of their offices in West Kent.
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
- Reviewing financial statements, audit reports, and working papers to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervising and coaching audit team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Contributing to the development of audit methodologies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with good level of audit experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Leadership abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Prior experience in managing audit engagements and supervising junior staff is desirable.
