A fantastic opportunity to join a leading medium sized law firm, providing a full supportive secretarial and typing service for a number of Fee Earners within the Conveyancing Department for which hands-on experience is essential.
You will work closely with fee earners and undertake tasks including:
Preparation and Drafting of Legal Letters, Copy and Audio typing, vast amounts of emailing, together with client liaison, diary management and general administration. As this is a residential property role, it is a busy department, and you will be very hands on.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential as is strong IT and attention to detail. You must also have previous experience working within legal and property.
Positivity and enthusiasm would make you an ideal candidate for this role.
