Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with Directors and Managers on technical assignments.
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
  • Conducting research and analysis on tax regulations and legislation.
  • Supporting Account Managers in providing tax planning advice and strategies to clients.
  • Assisting clients and tax authorities to resolve queries and provide assistance as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • ATT or formal Tax qualification or qualified by experience.
  • Previous experience in a professional accountancy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accountancy packages particularly Excel, Xero and CCH.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of tax regulations is advantageous but not essential.
