Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Directors and Managers on technical assignments.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
- Conducting research and analysis on tax regulations and legislation.
- Supporting Account Managers in providing tax planning advice and strategies to clients.
- Assisting clients and tax authorities to resolve queries and provide assistance as required.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- ATT or formal Tax qualification or qualified by experience.
- Previous experience in a professional accountancy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accountancy packages particularly Excel, Xero and CCH.
- Prior experience or knowledge of tax regulations is advantageous but not essential.
