This role is pivotal within the business and reports directly to a team of HR Consultants. With long term opportunity for progression, study support towards your CIPD and extensive training on offer, this is a great role if you want to take the next step in your HR career.

£30k + generous benefits package

Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm with hybrid / flexible working on offer

Typical daily duties include:

  • Providing full end to end HR support to the regional HR Consultants
  • Acting as first point of call to employees for all related queries
  • Delivering administration services to the team, data input and database management
  • Ensuring any escalated issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing support for audit requests
  • Working with payroll to provide information in line with cut offs
  • Providing data for and preparing management information reports
  • Various other ad hoc duties

Ideally you will:

  • Be CIPD qualified (support towards level 5 will be provided)
  • Have a background as an HR Assistant / HR Officer
  • Have worked in a large and fast paced environment
  • Possess excellent administration skills
  • Have strong MS Office experience
