A pan-European Real Estate Investment business is recruiting for a Fund Accountant to join their close-knit finance team based in Central London. The role is an excellent, broad-ranging career opportunity offering exposure to the transactions side of the business as well as working closely with senior members of the team. Job duties include:
- Reviewing financials received from external third-party suppliers
- Assisting with the audit process
- Assisting with the statutory filing requirements including tax and financial reporting
- Managing project financial information
- Managing internal controls and procedures
- Financial modelling
- Exposure to various aspects of transactions
Skills required:
- An accountancy qualification, part-qualified also considered
- Experience of IFRS and ideally some European GAAP standards
- RE Fund sector experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills, ideally with financial modelling experience
