Overview:

BiP Solutions are now looking to support and mentor a Project Coordinator Apprentice. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to develop your organisational, communication and project management skills. You will be supported by completing a SCQF Level 6, delivered by QA Ltd.

You will be trained to provide a wide range of support tasks in line with the broader objectives of the Product function. This is very much positioned as an entry level role so you will be supported at each stage by the experienced team members. Ideally, you will demonstrate an interest in a mix of technology and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping product roadmap up to date and making sure all stakeholders are aligned on it
  • Writing product specification/requirements that the development team can execute
  • Gathering customer or internal feedback on the product and ensuring this is recorded and executed where required
  • Working with the development team project manager to ensure that projects are on track and delivery is tracking on time
  • Answering questions about the product and how it works
  • Being the ‘voice of the customer'
  • Using internal tools to record information and progress

Salary:

£15,000 - £16,000 per annum

Working week:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
