We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our client in a compliance regulatory company. The role involves managing email correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate contacts, and retrieving historical documents. This part-time position offers flexible hours, with the possibility to work from home for one day a week.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Responding to customer emails, providing clear and accurate information.
- Directing queries to the correct points of contact within the organisation.
- Searching for and retrieving historical documents based on customer email addresses or vehicle registrations.
- Providing necessary documents to finance lenders, ombudsmen, and car dealerships.
- Ensuring all documents are standardized and up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently.
- Competent in searching and retrieving specific information.
- Familiarity with standard document formats and templates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
