Office Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their Southampton branch on a temporary basis. This position will be supporting the recruitment consultants with day to day administration duties.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting consultants with various admin duties
- Registering candidates looking for work
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Answering phone calls
Requirments:
- Available immediately
- Excellent administration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This position will be starting off as a 3-month position but could be extended. Working hours are 9am - 5pm and 9am - 4.30pm on Fridays. Negotiable pay depending on experience.
