Project Administrator

Project Co-ordinator Monday - Friday, 8:30am-6pm (The occasional Saturday may be required) Office Based in Sidcup but will be travelling around South East & Kent £27k-£30k Per Annum

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving license and own their own car. A company van may get given after 6 month probation but this is not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers
  • Handling all accounts
  • Handling all utilities
  • Going on site visits
  • File management and administrative duties
  • Liaising with social media companies
  • Day to day activities around new builds

Skills:

  • Experience within the property industry ideal, but not essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Full UK driving license required
  • Own car required
