As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work within a fast-paced environment, recruiting for a range of business support and administrative jobs, from junior assistant administration roles to senior and leadership positions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development: Proactively reaching out to potential clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying recruitment needs.
  • Client Meetings: Attending meetings with business clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilising various methods (advertising, networking, referrals) to identify and match suitable candidates with vacancies.
  • Relationship Building: Providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Performance Metrics: Working toward targets and KPIs, with regular reporting on your progress.
