£25-27k dependant on experience.

Crawley - Hybrid working.

Are you an organised administrator looking to take the next step in your HR career? We are looking for an organised and proactive administrator to join successful and well-established business on a 12-month maternity contract.

This busy and varied role will see you providing comprehensive administration support to the HR team, across all aspects of HR. Working closely with the rest of the HR team, you will work together to ensure a high-quality HR service is delivered to the business.

Main duties of this role will be:wak

  • Providing admin support to the Senior HR Adviser with payroll and employment benefits processes
  • Managing joiner and leaver records and updating employee records accordingly.
  • Assisting with the administration of salary reviews and bonuses
  • Assisting with recruitment, including setting up interviews and preparing interview packs.
  • Assisting with new joiner pre-employment checks.
  • Creating and maintaining the personnel files with all HR filing, including archiving leavers files, and keeping the archive storage records up to date.
  • Providing administrative support to all members of the HR team (including L&D) as required and covering any appropriate duties in the absence of other team members.

This role will make use of your fantastic administration skills especially in a support role. Ideally you will have previous HR administration experience but if you have administration skills gained within any professional services, and are looking to utilise these within an HR role, we are keen to hear from you!
