Regional Finance Administrator West - Part-Time

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can work independently to join our team as Regional Finance Administrator. The successful applicant will support our four care home services in the West of Scotland. They will also have experience of working with financial information and a sound understanding of Financial procedures. This is varied role, and you will have range of responsibilities, including the following.

  • Building and maintaining good relationships with service managers, service administrators, service user's families and their representatives, local authority finance departments and the CrossReach finance staff.
  • Assisting managers with the financial aspects within their care home providing both remote and onsite cover when the local administrators are temporarily not in place for any reason.
  • Working closely with the Finance Business Partner and Head of Service

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a financial administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or care home setting. You will have strong organisational and multitasking skills. You will need to be confident in using Microsoft Office and previous experience of finance administration including the use of financial systems would be a distinct advantage.

As the post covers the West of Scotland, there is flexibility as to where it will be based, however there will be the requirement to travel to services in the West of Scotland. We would be happy to discuss this further at interview stage.
