In this exciting role, you will collaborate with our Quality and Technical Managers to ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in reducing costs associated with quality issues, supporting the organisation in its digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting production and other areas of the business in minimising remakes
- Leading Quality Improvement Teams (QIT) to drive system improvements
- Managing Pass/Fail system and monitoring Quality KPIs/Scorecards
- Assisting in inspections throughout the production process
- Calibration of equipment and adherence to SOPs and WIs
- Testing management and adherence to relevant British Standards
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting production teams
- Collaborating with Customer Service/Sales teams to implement corrective actions
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or NVQ in a related field
- Proficient in MS 365/Office package
- Methodical approach to issue identification and management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in audit and RCA (Route Cause Analysis) preferred
Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 with an hour unpaid break.
