Customer Sales Advisor (Retentions)
Experience Requirement: 12 months consecutive targeted telesales experience (in one role) within the last 3 years.

We are seeking dedicated Customer Sales Advisors to join our Retentions team, with options for fully remote or hybrid roles, providing excellent work-life balance.
The Role:
As a Customer Sales Advisor in Retentions, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers looking to renew or cancel their protection plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with Customers: Use your sales and service expertise to offer value-added products. Retaining customers and upselling to them.
- Explaining Product Features: Clearly convey product benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Building Customer Relationships: Develop rapport and understand customer needs, encouraging continued protection with us.

- Remote or Hybrid: Work fully from home with all equipment provided, or join us at our new Nottingham Office, if local.
- Comprehensive Training: A 4-week training program covering systems, sales techniques, and delivering an excellent customer experience. No absences or holidays permitted during the first 6 weeks.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday with shifts between 08:00-20:00, following a 5-week rotating shift pattern, including two Saturdays per month.
