An established energy consultancy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generator to join their growing sales team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. You will be responsible for growing the sales pipeline for both energy contracts and technical consultancy. This role involves working with a combination of warm leads from marketing campaigns and cold calling, requiring a consultative approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy/utilities sector and will be confident in making high-volume outbound calls. Apply today!

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively making outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, sales teams, suppliers, and partners.
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise sales.
  • Contributing to marketing campaigns and growth strategies

Skills and experience required:

  • Confident and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Consultative approach with a proactive & positive attitude
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently towards team goals.
