The ideal candidate will have at least circa 2 years' PQE working within IP / Tech law, although we are also considering candidates with more experience than this. We are ideally after someone who is commercially aware and who can be a positive ambassador for the firm.

Tasks will include:
- Working as a lawyer within this award-winning Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Technology team
- Being collectively responsible for a global portfolio of clients
- You will be advising clients on the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, Privacy of Electronic Communications Regulations, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004
- You will be involved in operational compliance such as policy drafting, data transfer management, direct marketing and subject access rights management, and incident and crisis management
- You will be reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts including development, outsourcing, procurement contracts and frameworks
Skills and experience sought:
- 2 years' plus PQE within IP / Technology law
- A credible, ambitious personality
- Someone who enjoys a modern team environment
- You will have the ability to enhance the firm's clients' experience through the delivery of exceptional client service
