Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join their team. If you have a passion for e-commerce and want to be part of an exciting company, this role is perfect for you! In this position you will play a vital role in supporting the e-commerce team and driving sales to new heights. With your creative ideas and meticulous attention to detail, you will help enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with the e-commerce team, you will help manage and update the online product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of engaging product descriptions and eye-catching visuals to drive sales.
- Conducting regular competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential market opportunities.
- Supporting the marketing team with the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of goods, while maintaining strong relationships.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying process.
- Maintaining stock levels, monitoring inventory, and processing orders efficiently.
What you'll need:
- A strong interest and understanding of e-commerce platforms, trends, and strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with e-commerce software/systems.
- A valid driving licence as occasional driving may be required.
