Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting for a customer service administrator to work for a fantastic manufacturer in Chester. This role would be perfect for a candidate who is customer orientated.

You will receive - Customer Service Administrator

  • Salary of £11.50 per hour

Responsibilities - Customer Service Administrator

  • Provide accurate, timely and professional communication at all times, including written correspondence, telephone and electronic exchange to all customers (internal and external)
  • Manages and determines the appropriate method of order entry and shipment for accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Captures and responds to complaints in line with the Customer Complaint Procedure
  • Provides administration relating to the development and launch of new products and the on boarding of new customers

Requirements -Customer Service Administrator

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel skills a prerequisite
  • Experience in reporting and analysis
  • English & Maths - A Level
  • SAP experience desirable
