A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the well-established payroll team on a Remote working basis. Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to support the payroll team on a permanent basis
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for end-to-end (start to finish) UK and ROI
- Payroll processing for allocated client payrolls, supporting other client payrolls in the managed payroll service as required
- Check and maintain all reports, make sure they are all completed accurately and on time
- Peer reviewing other client payrolls
- Provide support and advice via telephone and email to clients and their employees
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes and services
What we're looking for:
- Experience of working within a Payroll, Pensions admin or similar processing role
- Experience of working to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Excellent organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to manage large and complex workload
- Ability to work in a flexible manner to meet operational needs
