The Company:
One of the UKs largest independent brokers which specialise in multiple sectors including retail, hospitality and leisure are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their business protection team.
Purpose of the Role:
- To secure new commercial clients and cross sell to existing clients within business protection and employee benefits.
- Develop your reputation internally and externally as a professional, knowledgeable broker.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurers.
Skills and Experience:
- You would have significant experience in life, key person, shareholder protection and employee benefits.
- Demonstrable success providing telephone-based and face-to-face advice in sales.
- Able to manage high volumes of enquiries.
- To maintain consistent conversion rates in quoting and selling to new clients.
- Strong relationship building, influencing and team building skills.
The Package:
- Salary circa £35,000 DOE (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
