Job Title - Buildings Regulation Manager (hybrid)
Location - Lancashire

The Package

  • Basic Salary - up to £55,000
  • 5% Bonus
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Hybrid (after probation) 3 at home & 2 in the office

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for liaising with Contractors & STROMA
  • You will be responsible for training contractors in new processes and legislation.
  • You will confidently guide Clients through the planning application process
  • Have experience working through specification problems with Building Inspectors

What you'll need to have:

  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Friendly and helpful manner with the ability to handle work calmy under pressure
  • Excellent, current Building Regs knowledge
  • The ability to mentor contractors allowing them to develop independently
