Role Overview:
As a Supply Planner, you will:
- Manage supply activities with precision.
- Take ownership of forecasting and managing a group of products and suppliers.
- Ensure stock holding and order policies are effectively set.
- Implement resolution processes to maintain smooth operations.
- Efficiently manage substitutions for discontinued and new products.
- Plan and direct regular review meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify end-to-end opportunities and support through the supply chain and internal teams.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to meet their needs.
Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience managing an operational end-to-end supply chain.
- Industry experience in an FMCG, retail, or food environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- An analytical mindset.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
- Initiative to proactively meet customer needs.
