An exciting opportunity has arisen for a local College who are now seeking to appoint a Caretaker/Maintenance Officer at a time of exciting change and development within both the Estates Service and wider College.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out general caretaking/maintenance tasks across the campus and improve the safety and appearance.
You will have sound and proven practical skills in electrical maintenance and a good working knowledge of building fabric, plumbing repairs and maintenance. Additional elements of the role will include porterage and general caretaking duties. This will include setting alarms and opening and locking of premises. The role will require occasional weekend attendance.
