Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Chief Financial Officer for a non-profit organisation headquartered in York which is about to embark on a significant period of growth and evolution.
The Role
Reporting into the CEO, duties and responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer will include:
- Sit on the Senior Leadership Team and provide financial guidance
- Partner with the CEO on devising the longer-term strategy of the organisation
- Liaise with external stakeholders and funders
- Identify new revenue streams in conjunction with the commercial team
- Provide leadership to the wider finance team
The Candidate
To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- Strong commercial acumen
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifications
- Previous experience in business partnering with Senior Stakeholders
- Strong communicator and influencer
Salary & Benefits
In return, the successful Chief Financial Officer will receive the following:
- £90,000 - 100,000 base salary
- Final Salary pension
- 30 days holidays
