Legal Secretary - Private Client Team

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Legal Secretary to join their Private Client Team. If you have a background as a legal secretary within a private client department, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have strong organisational and administrative capabilities, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Day to day of the role:
- Greet visitors and answer personal enquiries from clients and other parties.
- Assist with all aspects of Private Client matters, including the production of key documents such as Wills, LPAs, and Estate Accounts.
- Manage outgoing post to ensure it is dealt with in a timely manner each day.
- Maintain regular and up-to-date filing systems.
- Perform photocopying, open files on the case management system, and undertake other administrative tasks as required.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of the firm as published in the Office Manual or other media.
- Uphold personal conduct of a high standard to enhance the reputation of the firm.
- Carry out other tasks as reasonably requested by the fee earner or the firm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as a legal secretary in a private client department.
- Proficient in audio (BigHand) and copy typing skills.
- Typing speed of at least 60wpm with a high rate of accuracy.
- Experience handling client enquiries both by telephone and face-to-face.
- Administrative competence and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
