Rate: £25 - £27 per hour.
Hour: 37 hours per week.
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working - 3 days onsite.

Brief Description:
- In-depth knowledge of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996
- Experience in housing advice, casework, and negotiations with various stakeholder
- Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear and concise statutory decision letters
- Capability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
Compliance Requirements:
- 3 years referencing
- Right to Work
- Enhanced DBS
