Reporting into a Director at Fram, who is an experienced wealth management recruiter themselves, the role comes with high levels of autonomy, great lead flow, and an outstanding database. The role will involve working with clients in the wealth management space, including IFAs, DFMs, Private Banks, and Family Offices. It suits someone who is very client focused, solutions driven, and organised. Like all roles in recruitment, there is an expectation that the appointee will enjoy pitching for, and winning, new business. You will be a natural problem solver and will enjoy building relationships.
Our wealth management practice is very established and growing. We pride ourselves on really understanding the industry. Therefore, we are seeking to speak to those who have experience of recruiting for the wealth management industry and who have some existing network. It is a role for a specialist. Whilst there is a sales element to the role, you will really be a relationship builder with high levels of energy. It's a great role for someone who feels that they want to learn from someone very experienced.
