Business Development Manager required for the homeworking division of a well established travel company. Your main responsibility will be to support and nurture the homeworking team. This is a Monday-Friday role on a hybrid basis with a salary of £32,000 plus bonus.
Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Provide training on systems, processes, compliance and supplier relationships
- Identify support requirements of homeworkers and offer general assistance covering all aspects of homeworking best practices and wellbeing
- Recruitment, onboarding and induction of new homeworkers
- Use the CRM to monitor individual homeworker progress
- Provide phone support and offer advice on suppliers, destinations, systems and administrative processes
Business Development Manager skills required:
- Experience in retail leisure travel such as Manager of a travel agency
- Proven track record of achieving targets, managing performance and providing training
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong understanding of homeworkers and the challenges they face
- Ability to assist in the personal and professional growth of the homeworkers
