The team act for all of the top 20 largest contractors in the world, as well as governments, sponsors, funders and investors in iconic projects.
They have represented infrastructure clients on thousands of projects globally, including in the transport, mining, process, social infrastructure, and commercial sectors. The team also operates globally across the energy spectrum, from upstream and downstream oil and gas, nuclear, power generation, energy management, electricity and gas transmission to renewables, hydrogen, low carbon solutions, carbon capture and storage, gas storage projects and asset decommissioning.
The team are looking to recruit a talented lawyer with 3 to 6 years PQE to join their Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in London.
The successful candidate will have a very strong academic background, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will also be able to demonstrate an interest in construction & engineering disputes/advisory work, with particular reference to the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors.
As part of the role, you will be exposed to both live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of ADR. Whilst this is a mixed role, the caseload will primarily focus on Construction Disputes.
