As a result of continued rapid growth and the need to help a growing number of intermediary partners, there is now an opportunity for a Marketing & Events manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who has experience in developing and executing marketing propositions within the mortgage industry. Equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, in monitoring and actively improving our message to intermediaries. You will also be technical - being able to use digital programs to achieve our objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain, and deliver marketing plans that meet the business objectives - aligned with budget and resources. This plan includes the creative brief and directions for all public-facing communications.
- Utilise innovative and effective marketing methods to make best use of the businesses marketing budget
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Own the development, maintenance and proficiency of our CRM system - ensuring that it is remains configured and optimised to meet business and customer needs
- Own (with risk oversight) the entire suite of customer facing communications (pre and post application) and ensure they deliver a cohesive and effective customer journey
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Work with our large panel of Mortgage Networks & Clubs to plan & facilitate in person and online events.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs.
