Do you have a background working in an Accounts / Invoicing Department? Are you in a senior position looking for more responsibility as a manager of a small team, with a company who are dedicated to providing high levels of service to their clients and customers?
This role will see you responsible for a small team of administrators in a busy accounts department, where you will oversee the general day to day running of the team, hitting KPI's and SLA's, take ownership of escalated issues, attend daily meetings and work to reduce lead times and increase performance.
This role would suit someone from an Accounts Department background, looking for further progression into a management position where you will lead a team and directly impact the levels of service the company provide?
The Role:
- Ensure team productivity to hit targets over defined periods
- Attend and hold daily meetings
- Work to reduce lead times and hit KPI's
- Mon-Fri (9AM-5PM)
The Person:
- Accounts department background
- Management or supervisory background
- Happy to be fully office based
