Pensions and Benefits Support Administrator

You will be working in a fast paced team with a direct client group of circa 9000 employees. The immediate team is made up of our Head of Rewards, Pension and Benefit Advisor, Reward Technology Manager and Reward Manager.

The successful candidate will join our team of dedicated Rewards professionals, focusing specifically on supporting the administration of pensions and benefits for all employees across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will involve assisting with the management and administration of the company's pension schemes, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with current legislation. You will work closely with our Pension and Benefits Advisor and the wider Reward team to provide a seamless service to our employees, guaranteeing that all pension and benefit-related activities are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities :

Carrying out the administration for various benefits and rewards schemes within Savills (UK) Ltd and Savills Management Resources (SMR) which includes:

Process and Procedures :

Overseeing the smooth running of the Company's Cyclescheme, Electric Car Schemes, GAYE, Medical Scheme and Childcare voucher scheme.

  • Ensure BUPA Health Assessments weekly requests and invoicing are processed within the required deadlines.
  • SMR TUPE transfers In and Out - working with HR regarding the provision of data.
  • Provision of new employee data to MyRewards / Pluxee / Medical Schemes / AvivaDigicare.
  • Liaising with external providers as appropriate to ensure colleagues are covered under the benefit provision when eligible
  • Managing the internal mailboxes ensuring emails are directed or responded to in a timely manner.

Key Skills Required :

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be confident in using basic MS Word and Excel.
