An experienced EUC IT Service Desk Manager is required for well know business in Bristol!
The IT Service Deks Manager will lead the End-User Service Support function, providing 1st and 2nd line support across technologies including audio-visual, unified communications, and desktop services. The IT Service Desk Manager position is key in driving change, building maturity, and ensuring high-quality IT service delivery across the organisation
EUC Service Desk Manager Experience required:
- Proven experience in leading an IT Service Desk or service orientated support team.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines.
- Strong ITIL ability with experience if service improvement and implementing best practices.
- Skills in defining and driving SLAs, KPIs, and other metrics to measure service efficiency and effectiveness, supported by strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience of developing innovative solutions to resolve complex technical queries
- Ability to drive performance and manage resources effectively.
- Knowledge of IT security policies and data protection legislation.
