Role Summary:

The Global Procurement Analyst will collaborate with global and regional teams to enhance procurement practices, focusing on IT cost reduction, vendor consolidation, contract renewals, and building market, vendor, and demand intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and align a demand pipeline with business requirements.
  • Manage a specified vendor portfolio, including contracts, renewals, terminations, cost approvals, and relationships.
  • Handle vendor commercial issues, driving innovation, cost reduction, and performance improvements.
  • Support the NDA process, opportunity tracking, and development of category strategies and sourcing plans.
  • Conduct research to maintain accurate category plans and build market intelligence.
  • Document procurement processes, policies, and develop a procurement toolkit.
  • Draft and manage RFx for market events and lead cross-functional teams.

Process and Policy:

  • Conduct market/vendor research, evaluate new/existing vendors, and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, contract drafting, and sourcing processes.
  • Promote best practices, innovation, and ethical procurement, while managing vendor risk.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years in an analyst role, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with procurement tools, methodologies, and global vendor management.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial, legal, and corporate social responsibility issues.

Qualifications:

  • B-degree or CIPs qualification/legal degree preferred.
