Job Title: 1 to 1 Primary Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90-£100 per day
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, Term-time only) on a temp to perm basis

TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated 1 to 1 Primary Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at a school in Hertford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact on a child's educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to a primary-aged pupil, assisting with learning and development.
- Tailor support to the individual needs of the child, ensuring they are engaged and making progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement the student's learning plan.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people, ideally within a school setting.
- Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or in a 1:1 support role is desirable.
- Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- Ability to commit to the full school day, Monday to Friday, during term time only.
