Senior SIPP Technician / Technical Expert - Excellent Career Opportunity

A leading SIPP Consultancy are looking to recruit into their expanding and continually developing SIPP Team. The team you would be joining offer award winning technical administration services and are one of the largest providers in the UK.

Specifics of the role include -
- Act as a leading point of contact for technical and complex queries from clients and team members.
- Interpret and provide analysis of legislative and regulatory changes that affect the business. Make suggestions and help develop new processes, procedures and training materials to mitigate the changes.
- Assist with technical compliance queries, and continually develop your knowledge and understanding of this area.
- Help develop more junior of the teams knowledge and skills. Offer training, mentoring and staff development helping to deliver better client servicing.
- Take ownership of complex problems, researching and finding solutions.
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to help them understand areas of technical improvement.
- Help resolve complaints, working with line management and where required legal, finance and other departments.
- Undertake monthly department risk audits.
- Help co-ordinate project work
- Attend client meetings as required.
