Joining our client's expanding travel sales team, this is a hands on role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with their own customers and bookings, whilst managing a small team of travel consultants.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £28k DOE plus bonus structure, excellent benefits, a Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm working week, with the option of some hybrid working and will suit candidates based in and around the Birmingham area.

Role of Travel Sales Team Leader:
- Managing a small team of travel consultants, leading by example
- Hands on management of customers' bookings - all accommodation, air and sea travel plus any ancillary services
- Offering an exceptional standard of customer service at all times
- Providing travel solutions and advice to customers, using a positive and can-do approach
- Offering travel/route expertise on worldwide destinations
Skills required for the role:
- Previous reservations experience within the travel sector
- Team leader or supervisory experience would be an advantage
- Excellent worldwide geography and product knowledge of key holiday destinations
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and a high touch approach at all times
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Highly professional and pro-active approach
