Job Title: Sales Representative
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOE pa + bonus
Location: Luton
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Our client is seeking a sales-driven and passionate Sales Representative with a proven track record in retaining business, growing client accounts, and maximizing sales. SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer-focused role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Highly organized, with diary management skills
- Experience within a B2B environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- KPI and target driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer-focused
- Experienced in Account Management and Sales
- Strong attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reach out to existing accounts to maximize sales and inform them of new products
- Make outbound calls to attract new customers and create new relationships
- Successfully negotiate with customers
- Work collaboratively with other departments to exceed customer expectations
- Identify opportunities with customers to grow the existing client base
- Work closely with the Sales leadership team to identify ways to grow the business
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries and follow up on warm leads
- Hit and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis and work toward KPIs
