Job Title: Site Based Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am/8am - 4.00pm
Requirements:
- CSCS Gold or Black Card
- Extensive experience in fit-out, refurbishment, extension, cut & carve, and construction projects
- Ideally experience working on a hotel project/leisure project.
- Experience working on a project up to the value of £20M/£30M
- 5 + years at Project Manager level
- Happy to be Site Based Monday-Friday in London
Project Details:
- Lead a £30M hotel project in central London from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety policies and procedures on site at all times.
- Review project progress in line with the programme and provide progress reports to management.
- Maintain awareness of cost control and commercial aspects of the project.
- Liaise with the design team regarding construction matters.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for material procurement.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
Team Composition:
- The site team includes the Site Based Project Manager, two Site Managers, Site Engineers, and a Quantity Surveyor.
