A industry known and leading practice, based in Surrey, are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team of 15.
The Senior Building Surveyor's role
As the new Senior Building Surveyor you will work across multiple sectors, as part of the core Building Surveying team, covering all key services both professional and project, including party wall and technical due diligence.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for the daily management and support of junior Surveyors, contributing to their APC progression. You'll have demonstratable experience of managing and instructing your own projects and be equipped to not only maintain but generate new clients and business.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS
- RICS accredited degree
- Solid understanding of defect diagnosis and planned maintenance schedules
- Strong contract administration knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Full clean UK driving licence
