- Assist the Procurement Director in driving and managing transformation projects within the procurement function.
- Create process maps for the as-is solution and optimize tasks performed by procurement administrators.
- Conduct thorough analysis and management to ensure a robust understanding of tasks and activities in scope.
- Streamline processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and maintain key processes.
- Gather, review, and optimize existing information with the team to align and standardize processes.
- Lead the engineering and optimization of procurement processes, including the supplier onboarding process.
Profile
- Proven experience as a project manager in procurement, with a focus on transformation projects.
- Expertise in process mapping, process optimization, waste elimination, and documentation.
- Excellent soft skills, particularly in building relationships and working with at-risk teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and manage complex tasks.
- Experience in supplier onboarding and standardizing processes across teams.
- Ability to review, map, remodel, and reintroduce processes efficiently.
