Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Contacting target customer base: workplace designers & architects.
- Proactively reach out to warm prospects (calls, emails & LinkedIn).
- Follow up warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Booking appointments for the Design Consultant Team.
- Increase engagement of brand through promotion of events, podcasts & magazine.
- Maintaining the CRM system ensuring all activities are recorded.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Happy communicating with high profile commercial clients.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Highly organised.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office 365.
- Driving licence.
Desirable:
- Previous outbound sales / business development experience.
- Genuine interest in the Design sector.
