Description
- Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings
- Engaging with customers to increase product awareness and sales
- Participating in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, brand promotion and public relations
- Providing product information, answering queries, and handling merchandise
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales
- Assisting with organising special promotions, displays and events
Profile
A successful Brand Ambassador should have:
- Experience in a Brand Ambassador position OR a keen interest in coffee
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident and comfortable with stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Happy for travel
