What You Will Do:
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of up to 20 staff within the press shop environment.
- Ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customer standards.
- Achieve daily manufacturing targets and oversee the completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Assign work duties and provide support to the production team, ensuring a smooth work flow.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Manager, stepping in to oversee operations in their absence.
- Maintain a hands-on approach, actively participating in manufacturing duties alongside your team.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a press shop or sheet metal industry.
- Strong man management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Familiarity with machinery including Press Brakes, Lasers, and Power Presses.
- A commitment to quality and a hands-on approach to leadership.
