Fantastic opportunity for an experience Operations Lead to get their teeth into a new structural change at one of London's top award winning Integrated agencies.
You will need to be confident in your decision making and key in driving change using your commercial and strategical experience
- Up to £100k (some flex) + benefits & discretionary bonus
- Permanent role
- Hybrid working- 3 days a week in the London office
The role:
- Over see the resource management team and improve and streamline the creative workflow process
- Improve and optimise creative and production efficiencies and ways of working
- Driving change and efficiencies across the creative and production department
- Partner with the ECDs and CDs to ensure creative excellence
- Lead on commercials, project tracking, utilisation, profitability, budgets & forecasts
- Bring a new perspective and fresh agile approach to the department
- Drive AI strategy
- Identify areas of growth
- Ensure team morale and personal growth, creating a productive, happy and inclusive environment
- Support the Creative team with onboarding of new starters
- Champion all things process and support on accurate and timely timesheet completion
- Streamline collaboration across various teams and departments
The person:
- Must have worked in a large creative, Digital & integrated agency, ideally experience working within a network
- Must have experience with Resource management, specifically creative & design
- Must have managed a team before
- Previous experience and examples of bringing about positive operational change to an agency and implementing new ways of workings, software integration etc
- Strong stake holder management and business partnering skills
- Hands on, approachable and down to earth
- Solutions focused and an incredible problem solver
- Resilient and a strong leader
- Experience working with AI beneficial
