If you are successful, responsibilities in the role of an Employment Paralegal include:
- Assisting fee earners
- Provide advice and guidance to clients across all areas of discrimination
- Dealing with clients both in person and remotely where required
- Attending court assisting counsel and/ or clients
- Carrying out legal aid assessments and applications
